WHITE PASS
Please join me, Paul Horne, at my favorite home mountain in the PNW, White Pass for Winter Carnival March 4-7, 2022.
This event always includes cool snow carvings, fun kids events, and a torch parade, followed by fireworks. There is a costume theme for those that wish to participate.
White Pass is Washington's second largest ski area, located on US 12 between Yakima and Packwood at the summit of 4500 feet White Pass. The ski area has 6 chair lifts, 2000 foot elevation gain from 4500 to 6500 feet with 1402 skiable acres. For more information, checkout skiwhitepass.com. There is also an excellently groomed, recently expanded, 21+ K Nordic area through beautiful old growth forest.
I have secured two beautiful custom built homes 10.5 miles from the ski area. They are very close to one another and one has a hot tub. The trip includes three nights of lodging, dinner in each home Friday and Sunday nights, with breakfast each morning. There is a group dinner in the Nordic Center warming yurt Saturday night.
We have an occupant capacity of 4 Queen beds and 9 Single beds for a total of 17 trip participants. The Trip Cost is $355.00 per person.
